Since 1895, Holy Trinity has supported spiritual renewal and community in Juneau. We value our tradition of worship, charity, neighborliness, and celebration of the human spirit through the performing arts -- and we embrace a responsibility to pass it on to the next generation in good condition, with a firm foundation, braced to overcome the challenges of the next 100 years.

After rebuilding from the fire that destroyed our building in 2006, our responsibilities have included paying $20,000 a year in principal and interest on the mortgage for the rebuild. We have paid down nearly half of the original loans and as of this spring, we owe $185K.

Our goal: to eliminate the burden of debt and allow the Holy Trinity community to nurture and expand programs and ministries of the church including:

• providing a beautiful, warm, welcoming Episcopal church in the heart of downtown Juneau with a full offering of worship and prayer services;
   
• sustaining and evolving ministries responsive to the needs of the community; and
   
• offering space for community events at affordable rates: local theater, concerts, poetry slams, weddings, memorial services and 12-step meetings.
